COPENHAGEN, Denmark, April 26, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Please find enclosed the English language versions of the Chairman's Report submitted to the GN Great Nordic Annual General Meeting held on April 26, 2001.

The forecasts for NetTest for the first quarter of 2001 have been raised as follows:

Revenues are expected to amount to just over DKK 700 million instead of DKK 650 million; EBITA is expected to reach DKK 60 million instead of DKK 40 million.
