The Company reported net income of $1.89 million, or $.19 per diluted share, for the quarter, compared to $1.26 million, or $.13 per diluted share, earned during the fourth quarter of 2002. For the year, the Company reported net income of $7.13 million, or $.74 per diluted share, compared to $6.35 million, or $.67 per share, reported in 2002.
