CapSource Financial, Inc. Announces Inventory Acquisition Loan and Commencement of Trading
BOULDER, Colo., Jan. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- CapSource Financial, Inc. (OTCBB:CPSO) announced it had closed on a loan in the amount of $400,000 from Marshall Bank of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The proceeds from the loan will be used to finance inventory acquisition for CapSource's Mexican subsidiary, RESALTA. Through its RESALTA subsidiary based in Mexico City, CapSource has the exclusive right to sell Hyundai truck trailers and related parts and equipment in Mexico. Hyundai Translead is a U.S. subsidiary of Hyundai, the South Korean construction, engineering and manufacturing company. RESALTA distributes Hyundai products through a number of locations across Mexico.
Oakley Announces Business Arrangement with The Orvis Company Raising the Bar on Polarized Eyewear for Angling
FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., Jan. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Oakley, Inc. (NYSE:OO) today announced that it has entered into a business arrangement with The Orvis Company for the production of eight custom polarized eyewear pieces. The polarized pieces will include the Half-Jacket(r) and Half-Jacket(r) three lens array, two models of Big Square Wire(r), two models of the Twenty and two models of the Straight Jacket(r). Each eyewear piece will have 'Orvis' laser etched on the sunglass lens.
eSynch Corporation Spin-Offs to File Separate Financials
IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- eSynch Corporation (OTCBB:ESYN) today announced that it will file separate financial statements for each of their subsidiaries; Oxford Media and Kiss Software, in conjunction with eSynch's 10K filing. Both spin-offs will file for a listing on the OTCBB in 2004. eSynch recently announced that the NASD approved its return to trading on the Bulletin Board.
Additional Information to the Release on Deal Between Artemis Finland and VR-Track
HELSINKI, Finland, Jan. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Artemis Finland Oy, the subsidiary of Proha Plc's subsidiary Artemis International Solutions Corporation, will deliver a resource management system for the Finnish company VR-Track Ltd. The deal is a strategically significant expansion for the sales of the Artemis 7 family of products. The deal has a significant financial effect for Artemis Finland but as an individual deal it does not have an essential impact on the net sales of the Proha Group for 2004.
