Dobson Communications Announces Schedule for First Quarter Earnings Conference Call

VI Group plc Announces Intention To De-List From The American Stock Exchange And Expected Results
GLOUCESTERSHIRE, UK, April 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- On 28 October 2002, VI Group plc ("VI" or "the Company"), announced that trading commenced in American Depositary Receipts ("ADR"s) representing its ordinary shares on the American Stock Exchange ("AMEX"). The directors have reviewed the AMEX trading facility in light of the Company's objectives and have concluded that the costs of maintaining the facility outweigh the benefits derived from it. Accordingly the directors have decided to apply for de-listing of the Company's ADRs from AMEX. Trading on Amex will be suspended following the market close on 29th April 2004. ADR's will continue to be traded in the United States on the over- the-counter market.
Occidental Receives Contract Extension In Colombia
LOS ANGELES, April 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:OXY) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Colombia's national oil company, Ecopetrol, to extend the term of Occidental's interest in the Cravo Norte Association Contract for the operation of Colombia's second largest oil field at Caño Limón. The contract, which was due to expire in 2008, was amended to extend through the economic life of the field, currently estimated to last at least through 2018. Occidental will remain the operator of the Caño Limón field and Ecopetrol will continue to operate the Caño Limón-Covenas export pipeline.
Integrated Data Corp. & DataWave Execute Letter Agreement
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., April 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Integrated Data Corp. (OTCBB:ITDD) ("IDC") announced today that IDC and DataWave Systems Inc.
