(NYSE:TOL), today announced that on October 6, 2003, it will redeem all of its $100 million of Toll Corp. 7 3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2007 at 102.583% of principal amount plus accrued interest. The redemption will result in a pre-tax charge in the Company's fourth quarter of fiscal 2003 of approximately $3.3 million.
