VALBY, Denmark, Sept. 2, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Through a press release issued by Chang Beverages Pte Ltd., Carlsberg (Other OTC:CABHF) has today learned that Chang Beverages has initiated arbitration proceedings against Carlsberg Breweries A/S. The proceedings will take place in London. According to the press release, Chang Beverages demands that Carlsberg Asia continue as a joint venture and claims damages. No amount is specified in Chang's claim for damages.

(OTCBB:SWYC), its wholly own subsidiary, Sky Way Aircraft Inc., and Southeast Airlines, Inc. announced today the companies have signed a SkyWay in-flight system contract for a wide variety of in-flight services. Under the contract, Southeast Airlines shall receive, on a reoccurring basis, a percentage of the revenue generated by advertising and in-flight service usage of the system.
