Brad Greenspan Resigns as Director Of eUniverse, Inc.
LOS ANGELES, Dec. 12, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Brad Greenspan announced that he has resigned as a director of eUniverse, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EUNI) effective immediately. In his resignation letter to the Board of Directors to the Company, he stated that he was "compelled to take this unfortunate step" for many reasons. In his letter he stated that he believed that certain directors of the Board have embarked upon a scheme to entrench themselves in office. Mr. Greenspan stated that by doing so, he believed that these directors had breached their fiduciary duties to the Company and its stockholders. In addition, Mr. Greenspan believes the actions and terms of the VantagePoint investment may have a material adverse impact on the Company's ability to relist its common stock on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market. It means that EU Commission will make a decision permitting the marketing of Diminicol(r) in all member countries. Invik appoints new Managing Director of MPK
