Medivir's Research Partner, Peptimmune, Attracts US $41.2m From Investors
HUDDINGE, Sweden, March 14, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Medivir (Stockholm:MVIRb):today announced the American biotech corporation, Peptimmune, has recently obtained US $41.2 million from American investors. As a consequence, Medivir's cathepsin s inhibitor project, partnered with Peptimmune, will benefit and will continue to be pursued aggressively towards the clinical phases of pharmaceutical development.
Peab Disposes own Shares as Payment for Acquisition
FOERSLOEV, Sweden, March 14, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab acquired the civil engineering company Samschakt in month of May 2000. The contract claims that part of the purchase sum will be paid with shares of Peab at the latest 2004-05-31. By an agreement entered today, will this part of the purchase sum be paid by transferring 450.000 B-shares in Peab to the former owner of Samschakt, Mr Henry Ljung.
Delisting of Europolitan Vodafone AB (publ)
NEWBURY, U.K., March 14, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vodafone Group Plc (NYSE:VOD) owns, directly or through its subsidiaries, more than 98 percent of the shares and votes in Europolitan. The Board of Directors of Europolitan has therefore resolved to apply for de-listing of the Europolitan shares from Stockholmsborsen's O-list, Attract 40, and proposes March 28, 2003 as the last trading day.

(Nasdaq:STAR) ("Lone Star") announced that it will file its 10-K today for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2002, including audited financials. For 2002 (a 53-week year), the Company reported revenue from continuing operations increased 3.9% to $615,715,000 from $592,459,000 for the fiscal year. Adjusted for unusual items, EBITDA from continuing operations increased 27.5% to $94,203,000 for the year. Income from continuing operations before unusual items increased 49.2% to $42,276,000 for the year.
