(OTCBB:STWI) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell the assets of its Dahlonega, Georgia, AM radio station WDGR to a private individual. The sale, set to close following approval by the FCC, is an all cash transaction. The sales price was $500,000, and closing is expected within 60 to 90 days. The station was acquired last summer for $225,000.
