(Nasdaq:PABK) approved a quarterly dividend in the amount of 14.5 cents ($0.145) per share payable on April 13, 2007 to the Company's stockholders of record as of March 30, 2007. The first quarter 2007 dividend represents a 3.6% increase compared to the 14 cents ($0.14) per share dividend paid in the previous quarter and a 16% increase compared to the 12.5 cents ($0.125) per share dividend paid for the first quarter of 2006.
