NAPERVILLE, Ill., May 4, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nalco Holding Company (NYSE:NLC) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Nalco Company, intends to offer $300 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2017 (the "Notes"). Nalco Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, along with proceeds from a contemplated new term loan facility, to repay term loans outstanding under its existing senior secured credit facilities.

MELVILLE, N.Y., May 4, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq:CMTL) (the "Company" or "Comtech") announced today the pricing of its offering of $200.0 million aggregate principal amount of 3.0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 in a private placement to "qualified institutional buyers" pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The sale of the notes is expected to close on May 8, 2009. Comtech also granted the initial purchasers of the notes a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $30.0 million aggregate principal amount of the notes.
