There is a companion case brought by David Howard that is still pending against TASER International in the State of Arizona. These are the twenty-first and twenty-second wrongful death or injury lawsuits that have been dismissed or judgment entered in favor of TASER International.

Pacific Sunwear Announces June Sales
ANAHEIM, Calif., July 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (Nasdaq:PSUN) today reported that total sales for the five weeks of fiscal June ending July 1, 2006 were $126.1 million, an increase of 4.6 percent over total sales of $120.6 million during the same period last year. Total Company same store sales decreased 2.7 percent during the same period. By concept, PacSun same store sales decreased 2.0 percent and d.e.m.o. same store sales decreased 8.5 percent compared to the same five week period last year.
