NEW YORK, Sept. 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Antonin Scalia, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court, will be Grand Marshal of Manhattan's 2005 Columbus Day Parade, Lawrence Auriana, president of the Columbus Citizens Foundation, announced today. The parade, which is produced by the non-profit Foundation, is the largest Columbus Day event in the world and will be held on New York's Fifth Avenue on October 10, 2005.

CLEVELAND, Ohio, Sept. 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Paragon Real Estate Equity and Investment Trust (AMEX:PRG) received a letter on September 20, 2005 from the American Stock Exchange notifying the company that it is not in compliance with continued listing requirements of Section 1003(a)(iii) of the exchange's Company Guide due to shareholders' equity of less than $6.0 million and losses from continuing operations and net losses in its five most recent years. In addition the letter noted that the company's stock price has been below $0.24 for the last 12 months and in accordance with Section 1003(f)(v) of the exchange's Company Guide the exchange recommended a reverse stock split.

Delta Suspends Operations in Houston Due to Hurricane Rita
ATLANTA, Sept. 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- This morning, Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) operated final flights out of Houston before suspending its operations to brace for the impact of Hurricane Rita. Overnight, Delta operated four additional flights out of Houston to accommodate 600 customers evacuating the area. Delta has proactively canceled some flights because of the storm and is contacting customers to assist them in adjusting their travel plans.
