Komatsu Forklift USA, Inc. Replaces Kalmar AC Brand of Fork Lifts Aimed at Boosting Productivity and Minimizing Down Time
ATLANTA, Aug. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Komatsu Forklift USA, Inc. announces today a new division and a new brand of forklifts to be known as Tusk Lift Trucks. Tusk Lift Trucks will replace the Kalmar AC forklift brand which will be phased out over the next few months. Unlike conventional brands, Tusk was developed to change the way the forklift owner thinks about ownership. Highly engineered, the Tusk trucks have easily accessible engines and comfortable operator compartments, resulting in minimum down time and maximum productivity. Crucell and DSM Announce PER.C6 Licensing Agreement with Chiron
LEIDEN, Netherlands, Aug. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dutch biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext:CRXL) (Nasdaq:CRXL) and allied contract manufacturer DSM Biologics announced today that they have signed a PER.C6(R) research license agreement for recombinant protein production with Chiron Corporation. This new agreement allows Chiron to evaluate the PER.C6(R) cell line for use in the manufacturing of Chiron's prophylactic hepatitis C vaccine, which is currently in phase I clinical trials.
