Digital Learning Management Corporation Acquires TechConsults.Net
LOS ANGELES, June 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Digital Learning Management Corporation (Digital) (OTCBB:DGTL) today announced that it has committed to the acquisition of TechConsults.net (http://www.techconsults.net), an IT training school located in Orange County, California. The acquisition complements Digital's existing portfolio of schools, which now number four educational institutions under its management, including McKinley University, which was acquired in 2003.

ASX enters into agreement with OM for CLICK XT integrated trading platform
