FHLBank Cincinnati Board Approves $15 Million for Hurricane Victim Housing Assistance
CINCINNATI, Sept. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (FHLBank) Board of Directors has approved the establishment of a $15 million fund over a two-year period to provide housing assistance to persons displaced by Hurricane Katrina into the FHLBank district of Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee. All three states are seeing an influx of residents from Hurricane Katrina. More than 33,000 will be temporarily or permanently relocated there, according to the American Red Cross and state officials, creating immediate and long-term needs for housing.

Trend Mining Acquires Andacollo Gold Mine, Chile
DENVER, Sept. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Trend Mining Company (OTCBB:TRDM) is pleased to announce the final payment of $2.1 million and acquisition of Compania Minera Dayton ("CMD") and its wholly-owned Andacollo open-pit gold mine in Chile from Pacific Rim Mining Corp. Up front cash payments have totaled $3 million since Trend's initial payment was made in June of this year. Total consideration for the mine is $5.4 million, and further payments of $1 million and $1.4 million will be made from operating cash flow in September of 2006 and 2007, respectively.

SeaDrill Ltd. Confirms Contract for Third Deep Water Semi-Submersible
HAMILTON, Bermuda, Sept. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of SeaDrill Ltd. is pleased to confirm that the Company has signed a final contract with Daewoo Shipbuilding in Korea (DSME) for the construction of an ultra-deep water harsh environment semi-submersible drilling rig of design GVA 7500-N. The semi-submersible, which will be fully capable of operating in all of the most extreme weather and water depth drilling areas, will be delivered to the owner in February 2008. The contract price for the unit is US$496.5 million and is based on a full turnkey delivery including an extensive testing programme, 7,500 ft. of riser a 15k BOP and a full mooring system. The rig will have a soft payment schedule with 3 x 10% payment under the construction period and 70% by delivery.

(CPF) has hired Eric Delarue, a 15-year sales veteran of electrical and mechanical equipment, to head up the company's generator sales in Florida. CPF has received numerous inquiries within the past week from Generator installers in Florida looking for alternative suppliers due to lengthy deliveries and higher prices from U.S. manufacturers. CPF looks to supply these service providers who are needed in the process of installing a large generator which is installed with a cement slab and a crane. Most generator suppliers carry U.S. made generators which cost 20% more than CPF imports and deliveries can be as long as 40 weeks on select models.
