Enbridge Energy Partners Declares Cash Distribution and Reports 2005 Third Quarter Results
HOUSTON, Oct. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:EEP) ("Enbridge Partners" or "the Partnership") today declared a cash distribution of $0.925 per unit payable November 14, 2005 to unitholders of record on November 3, 2005. The Partnership also reported a net loss for the three months ended September 30, 2005 of $(14.4) million, or $(0.32) per unit, compared with net income of $27.6 million, or $0.39 per unit, for the third quarter of the prior year.

Portrush Announces November 15th Drill Date at Mission River

H&G Oilfield Services is based in Corpus Christi and they anticipate the work will get underway immediately and take less than a week to complete. The work will include preparing the location and resurfacing the road on the property.

MARTINSRIED, Germany, Oct. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- MorphoSys AG (Frankfurt:MOR)(Prime Standard Segment,TecDAX) today announced an updated guidance for the financial year 2005. MorphoSys increased its net income guidance for the full year 2005 from EUR 1.0 million to EUR 2.0 million, due to a strong operational performance resulting in lower than expected expenses. Full year expenses for 2005 are expected to be EUR 28 million compared to guidance of EUR 29 million. Revenue guidance for the full year remained presently unchanged at EUR 30 million.
