Oakley Announces Expanded Responsibilities for Scott Bowers

The loan has been raised from US investors through an issue of bonds to private investors in a private placement.The loan has been swapped into Danish kroner at a fixed rate and will be repaid in three equal tranches in the years 2013, 2015 and 2018.
