SUN VALLEY, Calif., August 8, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Flamemaster Corporation (Nasdaq:FAME) today reported net income of $247,978 or $.18 per share on revenues of $1,595,972 for the quarter, compared to net of $182,702 or $.13 per share on revenues of $1,385,388 in the year earlier period. Sales from operations expanded to $1,478,940 in the quarter from $1,329,107 in the prior year.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Aug. 8, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Modern Times Group MTG AB (Nasdaq:MTGNY), the international media group, today announced that its RIX FM national commercial radio network reached an 'all-time high' number of daily listeners for a commercial radio network in Sweden - 919,400 daily listeners or more than 12% of all Swedes between the ages of 9 and 79. At the same time the combined daily audience of MTG Radio's stations increased to 1,260,100 listeners, which is equivalent to 16% of all Swedes in the same target group!

Ahold obtains extension of deadline for delivery of financial statements to September 30, 2003
ZAANDAM, August 8, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ahold (NYSE:AHO) (Amsterdam:AHLN) announced today that it has reached an agreement with its syndicate of banks to extend the deadline for the delivery of audited consolidated fiscal year 2002 financial statements to September 30, 2003. After the completion of all internal forensic accounting investigations, as announced on July 1, 2003, Ahold is determining and processing the accounting adjustments required as a result of these investigations and as a result of the audit. In consultation with its auditors, Deloitte & Touche, Ahold has concluded that this process is taking longer than expected.
