Delta Offers Customers 3,200 More Reasons to Enjoy the 2006 Masters Tournament
AUGUSTA, Ga., Feb. 15, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Delta Air Lines -- the Official Airline of the PGA Tour(R) -- is making it more convenient for customers to stroll the links alongside some of the world's best golfers during the 2006 Masters Tournament at the historic Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Ga. The airline is adding 32 flights -- or more than 3,200 seats -- between Augusta and its largest hub in Atlanta from April 2-11 to accommodate increased demand for this year's Masters Tournament. Additionally, Delta is adding a non-stop flight from Augusta to its Cincinnati hub on April 10 to provide customers additional outbound travel connections on what is expected to be the most popular travel day of the tournament.

WCA Waste Corporation Completes Acquisition in Colorado and New Mexico
HOUSTON, Feb. 15, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- WCA Waste Corporation (Nasdaq:WCAA) announced that it has acquired all of the equity interests in Transit Waste, LLC from Waste Corporation of America, LLC. Transit owns a 152 acre municipal solid waste landfill located outside Durango, Colorado and 15 collection routes servicing northern New Mexico and southern Colorado. Transit generated approximately $3.9 million of revenue for the year ended December 31, 2005 and was purchased for $5.5 million.

Cadence Resources Announces 88 BCFE in Proved Reserves
TRAVERSE CITY, Mich., Feb. 15, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cadence Resources Corporation (OTCBB:CDNR) announced today that its proven reserves are 88 Bcfe (billion cubic feet equivalents). This represents a 252% increase over December 31, 2004 reserves of 34.89 Bcfe. Schlumberger Data & Consulting Services (Pittsburg, PA) estimated the net reserves for Cadence's Antrim Shale projects at 86.19 Bcfe including the January 2006 acquisition of O.I.L.'s Hudson Township Antrim shale production. Additionally, Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. estimated the net reserves as of December 31, 2005 for other non-Antrim Michigan properties to be .644 Bcfe, and Ralph E. Davis & Associates estimated the net reserves as of December 31, 2005 for the miscellaneous Cadence projects in Texas, Louisiana and Kansas to be .935 Bcfe for natural gas and 70mbbls for oil (.42 Bcfe).
