Lennart Grabe Steps Down from Posten
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 18, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Posten's President and CEO, Lennart Grabe, steps down from his post today. Borge Osterholm, formerly Executive Vice President of Posten, will serve as interim President and CEO. An executive search is underway to identify his successor. Former President and CEO of Telia, Marianne Nivert, will strengthen Posten's board of directors.
Delisting of the AvestaPolarit Shares from the Helsinki and Stockholm Stock Exchanges
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 18, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Helsinki Exchanges informed AvestaPolarit on Friday, November 14 that the AvestaPolarit shares will be delisted from the Main List in Helsinki when Outokumpu Oyj, in the current arbitration process to redeem all outstanding shares in AvestaPolarit Oyj Abp, has gained title as the sole owner to all the shares. Fulfilling this condition means that the delisting in Helsinki will be postponed by probably some months beyond the year-end date for which AvestaPolarit applied.

(NYSE:FRO) (LSE:FRO) reports earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation including earnings from associated companies (EBITDA) of $26.6 million and a net loss of $37.2 million for the third quarter of 2002. The net loss figure includes losses of $15.4 million relating to the mark to market valuation adjustment of the Company's Equity Swap Line. The loss per share for the quarter was $0.49.
Skanska Contracted to Build ING Development Zlote Tarasy for Approximately EUR 200 M
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 18, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Skanska (Other OTC:SKSBF) (Stockholm:SKAb) has been commissioned by ING Real Estate in Poland as the general contractor for the Zlote Tarasy project, a multifunctional complex to be opened in the centre of Warsaw in three years' time. The construction contract valued at approximately EUR 200 M, about SEK 1.8 billion, will be included in the order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2002.
Nordisk Renting Sells Grand Hotel Saltsjobaden to Helnan International Hotels
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 18, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nordisk Renting AB is in the process of selling the Grand Hotel Saltsjobaden to the international hotel chain, Helnan International Hotels, founded by the Danish-Egyptian hotel magnate Enan Galaly. The sale will enter into force on January 1, 2003. Helnan International Hotels currently owns hotels in Denmark as well as in other parts of the world. The Grand Hotel Saltsjobaden, a masterpiece inspired by the Monte Carlo architectural style of the period, was built in 1892 by K. A. Wallenberg, Swedish banker and politician and has become famous internationally for the "Spirit of Saltsjobaden."

Nordisk Renting Acquires Office Building from KPA
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 18, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nordisk Renting AB is acquiring the head office of pension company KPA AB in the Ostermalm district of Stockholm for SEK 350 million. In connection with the purchase, the parties are signing a 15-year leasing agreement. The property, with a rentable area of approximately 7,500 square metres, is efficiently utilised with regard to office space and is of a very high standard following total renovation in 1998-2000.
