Proposed Changes to OM's Board of Directors
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 12, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- At the Annual General Meeting of OM, due to be held on March 20, the shareholders representing around 50 per cent of the companies' shares and votes will propose that the number of ordinary members of the Board remain unchanged at eight. Re-election will be proposed for Gunnar Brock, Jan R. Carendi, Thomas Franzen, Per E. Larsson, Nils-Fredrik Nyblaeus, Bengt Ryden and Olof Stenhammar. Adine Grate Axen will be proposed as a new member of the Board. Sven Nyman has declined to be put forward for re-election.
SurgiCare Reports Record Annual Growth; Revenues Double to $12.2 Million
HOUSTON, March 12, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- SurgiCare, Inc. (AMEX:SRG), a Houston-based Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) company, announced record revenues today for its year-ended December 31, 2001. The company reported preliminary unaudited revenues of $12.2 million, an increase of 102% versus revenues of $6.0 million for the comparable period in 2000. The company also announced that its average revenues per procedure had increased by 45% to $2,438 from the year-earlier period. The company will report its fourth-quarter and year-end results later this month upon the completion of its audit.
Metso to Concentrate Its Brazilian Operations

Tele2 and Telia UMTS Network Cooperation Accepted by the Swedish Competition Authority
