Reduction of personnel at Ovako Steel
GOTEBORG, Sweden, Jan. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The discussions between the management of Ovako Steel and the unions regarding the restructuring of the company have now been finalized. The number of employees will be reduced with 165, which represents some eight percent of the registered number of employees. The production capacity of Ovako Steel will not be affected by this change.
JM AB and Skanska Sverige AB sell land to Skanska Fastigheter Vast AB
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- In a deal with Skanska Fastigheter Vast AB, JM AB and Skanska Sverige AB are selling part of the property Jordbromalm 4:11. The property is owned equally by JM AB and Skanska Sverige AB. The selling price amounts to SEK 20m and will provide JM with a capital gain of SEK 7m. This capital gain will be reported in the first quarter of 2004.

BOULDER, Colo., Jan. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- CapSource Financial, Inc. (OTCBB:CPSO) announced it had closed on a loan in the amount of $400,000 from Marshall Bank of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The proceeds from the loan will be used to finance inventory acquisition for CapSource's Mexican subsidiary, RESALTA. Through its RESALTA subsidiary based in Mexico City, CapSource has the exclusive right to sell Hyundai truck trailers and related parts and equipment in Mexico. Hyundai Translead is a U.S. subsidiary of Hyundai, the South Korean construction, engineering and manufacturing company. RESALTA distributes Hyundai products through a number of locations across Mexico.
