ATA Reports May Scheduled Service Traffic
INDIANAPOLIS, June 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ATA Airlines, Inc., the principal subsidiary of ATA Holdings Corp. (Pink Sheets:ATAHQ), today reported that May jet scheduled service traffic decreased 49.8 percent from 2004 to 509.2 million RPMs (revenue passenger miles). Capacity decreased 46.5 percent compared to 2004 to 773.5 million ASMs (available seat miles). ATA's May jet scheduled service passenger load factor decreased 4.3 points to 65.8 percent. There were 414,175 passengers enplaned in May, a decrease of 50.6 percent.

ATA Cockpit Crewmembers Approve Extension of Short-Term Concessions
INDIANAPOLIS, June 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cockpit crewmembers for ATA Airlines, subsidiary of ATA Holdings Corp. (ATAHQ), today informed the Company that they have ratified an agreement to extend short-term pay and work rule concessions. The concessions will save the Company approximately $10 million over the next four months. The concession package included an 18 percent cut in pay over the next 120 days for cockpit crewmembers, which includes pilots and flight engineers.
Harsco Divests Small Product Line of Its IKG Industries Manufacturing Division
HARRISBURG, Pa., June 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Worldwide industrial services and products company Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) announced today that it has sold the FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastics) product line of its IKG Industries division to The StonCor Group, Inc./Fibergrate Division, a wholly owned subsidiary of RPM International, Inc. Fibergrate will also lease the portion of IKG's Queretaro, Mexico manufacturing facility where the FRP line is produced. Terms of the cash transaction were not disclosed. IKG Industries is America's leading producer of metal grating products.
