Autoliv Starts Airbag Production in China
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 27, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Autoliv, the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, has commenced airbag production in Shanghai, establishing itself as the first producer of airbags in China. The company will supply driver and passenger airbag modules to several vehicle assembly plants such as Shanghai General Motors (SGM), Dongfeng Citroen Automotive Corporation (DCAC) and Shanghai Volkswagen (SVW).
Telia Awarded Multimillion Dollar Order by Regional Council in Kalmar County
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 27, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telia and the Regional Council in Kalmar County(Regionforbundet i Kalmar) today signed an agreement covering the expansion of the backbone network in Kalmar County, in the south of Sweden. As a result of this network expansion, approx. 85 percent of the regions households, and approximately 90 percent of the companies in the area, will have access to broadband service in 2003. In connection with the Council's procurement, Telia has also received an order to provide network solutions for the county's 12 municipalities and the Kalmar County Council. The total value of the agreements will be approximately SEK 235 million over a five-year period.

Wihlborgs Building New Offices for Telia in Malmo
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 27, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) --Wihlborgs and Telia have signed a rental agreement which means that Wihlborgs is erecting a new office building for Telia in Vastra Hamnen [West Harbour] in Malmo. The agreement with Telia, which runs for ten years, covers approx. 12,000 sq.m. of the building's total lettable area of approx. 13,500 sq.m.. The total investment is SEK 290 million, and the annual rental value is approx. SEK 24.5 million.
Nordea Bank Finland Sells Majority Interest in Contant Oy to Sponsor Capital
