Hannover Re Rated Best Reinsurer in North America
HANNOVER, Germany, June 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- In a survey conducted by the well-known US-based Flaspohler Research Group, Hannover Re emerged as the best overall reinsurer on the North American reinsurance market. 295 brokers participated in the survey, rating 29 reinsurers operating on the US market. Bearing in mind that North American reinsurance business is predominantly (68%) handled through brokers, the findings take on special significance.

Advanced Communications Signs Acquisition Agreement To Purchase Cyber-Test Inc.
NEW YORK, June 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Advanced Communications Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:ADVC) (the "Company") today announced that on May 27, 2004 it entered into an acquisition agreement to purchase 100 percent of the assets and core business of Cyber-Test Inc. (the "Asset Purchase Agreement") ("Cyber-Test"), an established privately held electronic equipment repair company with annual revenues of approximately $6 million. The Company has formed Encompass Group Affiliates Inc. ("Encompass Group"), a new, wholly owned subsidiary to become the direct parent of Cyber-Test.
Hannover Re: Annual General Meeting approves all proposed resolutions
HANNOVER, Germany, June 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Annual General Meeting of Hannover Re, which was very well attended with more than 1,500 participants, approved all proposed resolutions by a large majority. In his address to the meeting Wilhelm Zeller, Chairman of the Executive Board, gave a retrospective of the highly successful financial year enjoyed by the company, which in 2003 boosted its net income after tax by around one-third to 355 million euro.
Munters Improves Efficiency
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Munters announces that, to improve efficiency, during the fall 2004, all European production of components CELdek for cooling systems will be consolidated to Munters production plant in Imperia, Italy, in order to render production and logistics more efficient. Munters manufacture CELdek at ten plants worldwide. The CELdek component today manufactured in Tobo, Sweden, is further refined in Italy and in addition, final delivery is made primarily to customers in southern Europe, the Middle-East and Africa.
