Wilson Insulation Alleges Monopolization in Antitrust Lawsuit Against Masco
ATLANTA, March 5, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Wilson Insulation Group, Inc. filed a lawsuit today against Masco Corporation (NYSE:MAS) for predatory pricing and monopolization. Wilson, which is based in the Atlanta area, and an affiliated company alleged in the lawsuit that Masco engaged in a concerted campaign to take control of a local market for insulation contracting. According to the allegations in the complaint, a senior executive from Masco stated that Masco intended to drive Wilson out of the Augusta, Georgia market and send a message to the industry. The suit was filed in United States District Court in Atlanta and asks for treble damages and costs under the federal claims and punitive damages under the state claims.
Industriforvaltnings AB Kinnevik: Sale of Cargo Pak
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 5, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Korsnas Packaging, a subsidiary of Industriforvaltnings AB Kinnevik (Nasdaq:KVIKa) (Nasdaq:KVIKb), has today completed the sale of Cargo Pak to Illinois Tooling. Cargo Pak, an operating division within Korsnas Packaging, is a market leader in the production of airbags for stabilizing cargo, and has a strong market position outside the Americas. Illinois Tooling, a large industrial group, is a market leader in airbag production in the US and this acquisition will further consolidate the group's global position.

Ahold Confirms New Credit Facility
ZAANDAM, The Netherlands, March 5, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ahold (NYSE:AHO) today announced that it has entered into a revolving credit facility with ABN AMRO, Goldman Sachs, ING, JP Morgan and Rabobank. The facility provides for aggregate borrowings of EUR 2.65 bln. In addition, the company said banks remain committed to provide an additional EUR 450 mln backup facility to support existing U.S. $ 850 million securitization programs described below. Ahold had announced on February 24, 2003, the EUR 3.1 bln commitment of the financial institutions and banks to provide the new credit facility as well as the backup facility.
Volvo Aero Signs Engine Contract for Airbus A380
GOTEBORG, Sweden, March 5, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Volvo (Nasdaq:VOLVY) has signed a contract with German MTU covering production of components to the GP7000, one of the engine alternatives to be mounted on the forthcoming Airbus super jumbo A380. In accordance with the agreement, Volvo Aero will produce the housing for the low-pressure turbine to the GP7000 for a period of about 15 years. The order value is estimated at approximately SEK 1 billion.
