Travel Expert Stephanie Abrams Featured in Thrifty Car Rental's TV News Release on Summer Car Travel Plans, High Gas Prices and Free Gas Promo
BOSTON, June 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Travel Expert host of the nationally syndicated radio show, Travel WITH Stephanie Abrams, heard weekly coast-to-coast on the Business TalkRadio Network(tm), was asked to comment on the results of a survey regarding 2005 summer drive-vacation trends and their relationship to the high price of gasoline. Volvo Aero and Snecma Sign Partnership Agreement for Development of TPX Turbo Pump
GOTEBORG, Sweden, June 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Volvo Aero and Snecma have signed a partnership agreement to develop a turbo pump for next-generation rocket engines. The TPX demonstration program that is now starting will result in a full scale test in 2007. The TPX activities are performed under contracts from the Swedish National Space Board (SNSB) and its French counterpart Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES). Volvo Aero's contract for the initial design phase of the turbine is valued at more than EUR 2 M.
OMX Exchanges: Stockholm Stock Exchange's Disciplinary Committee warns Citigroup
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- OMX Exchanges: Citigroup Global Markets Limited, London, has breached the rules that state that a party who acquires 5 percent or more of the shares in a company must disclose the acquisition. The company acquired more than 5 percent of the shares in Lindex AB without openly disclosing the acquisitions. Accordingly, Stockholm Stock Exchange's Disciplinary Committee has decided to warn the company.
Industrivarden: Disclosure Notice Regarding Skanska
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Industrivarden has called for the conversion of 2,302,756 Class A shares in Skanska to a corresponding number of Class B shares. The conversion re-duces Industrivarden's share of votes in Skanska from 29.3% to 26.9%.
