Northrop Grumman Board Declares Quarterly Dividends
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 20, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) today declared a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable Dec. 14, 2002, to shareholders of record Dec. 2, 2002. The board also declared a dividend of $1.75 per share on the company's Series B convertible preferred stock, payable Jan. 15, 2003, to shareholders of record Jan. 3, 2003.
