The HomesUSA.com Index shows the Days on Market improved in two of the four largest new home markets in Texas. Dallas-Ft. Worth and San Antonio’s DOM both improved, which means the pace of new home sales increased in both markets. Austin's DOM worsened and its sales pace slowed slightly. 7.20 days in August to 106.56 days in September. Austin’s DOM worsened as its new home sales pace slowed.
