Outcrop of silicified and clay altered tuffaceous volcanic rocks from a newly discovered one km wide zone of hydrothermal alteration discovered at the ATV project. These rocks are mid-Miocene in age. Alteration such as this is considered high-level and may be an indication of precious metal-bearing zone at depth.
