Client Upload Instructions:
- Simply go to our home page at www.globenewswire.com
- Click on the "Client Log In" button located on the top right corner of your screen. You have to put in your username and password to log in to our Customer Service Center (Remember, your login information is case sensitive)
- Click on the News Releases tab and select Order New Service from the drop down menu. You will then be presented with our secure upload page.
Agencies only: If you are disseminating a release for your client, click on Change Client Organization and find your client. If your client is not on this scroll down menu, you must first add your client to your account. Otherwise, click on your client and go to step 4.
- UPLOAD FILES: select browse and upload your file(s). Click the Upload file button at the bottom of the screen.
- SET SCHEDULE: Select your schedule and click Next.
- SELECT DISTRIBUTION:
U.S. Newslines: Select your geographic distribution, then click Next.
Trades: (optional) Select your complimentary trade distribution, then click Next.
International Newslines: (optional) Select the country, then click Next. If you are not sending internationally, just click Next to continue.
Fax/Email lists: (optional) Select your fax & email distribution, then click Next.
- MULTIMEDIA: (optional) Select your photo and logo options, then click Next.
- REVIEW & CONFIRM: This page will allow you to review your uploaded files, schedule, distribution, multimedia and your contact information which the GlobeNewswire editorial desk will use to contact you once they receive your job. Note that there's also an Instruction box in which you may type a message to our editorial desk in case you have any added comments or instructions you need to provide.
If you notice any changes or corrections which need to be made to your instructions before you submit it, you may do so by clicking on any of the 5 tabs across the top of your screen. If you have made changes, be sure to click "Next" at the end of that section to save those changes. When you are satisfied with your selections, click Submit Order.

IMPORTANT: Our Editorial desk will contact you within 15 minutes to confirm receipt of your release and to go over your instructions. If you haven't heard from us within that time frame, please call us to be sure we've received your release. Our security procedures require that we actually speak with the client to confirm receipt of the release. **A further note about usernames & passwords: Please do not share your username or password with anyone! If someone else uploads a release with your username & password, then the release will be red flagged and will not be distributed until we confirm the job with the primary contact for your account. We do this for your protection to insure against the possibility of fraudulent releases being submitted under your name.
