Submitting a News Release

Verbal Confirmation

After you submit your news release, you will receive a call from our Editorial staff to confirm receipt. If you do not receive a call, please call us at 310.642.6930, and press option #1. If we cannot reach you for verbal confirmation, your release will remain on HOLD.

Preparing and Reviewing Your Release

After our Editorial staff prepares your release, you can review it online. Just login to the Customer Service Center, and choose "Queued Releases" from the "News Releases" menu. You will be able to review the entire text of the release, as well as the scheduled release time.

Communication via Email

Register all your email addresses. Please be aware that GlobeNewswire filters messages sent to releases@globenewswire.com, and only accepts email from registered users. Thus, your email address must appear in GlobeNewswire's database. We will should already have any email addresses you provided during the registration process, however, if you send an email from your home PC, perhaps using an AOL address, please be aware that we need to register that email address as well.

Always use the "Reply All" feature. During the process of preparing, scheduling, and finally distributing your news release, you may communication with different GlobeNewswire Editors via email. Please be sure you always use the "Reply All" feature in the your responses so everyone is CCed on your email messages.
