LifeFX Announces Executive Changes


NEWTON, Mass., March 15, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- LifeFX, Inc. (OTCBB:LEFX), the leading developer of life-like digital people for the Internet, today announced that Dennis J. (DJ) Crane, who has been serving as a consultant to the company, has been appointed interim CEO. Michael S. Rosenblatt, Founder, has been named President of Sales. Lucille S. Salhany has been named Chairman. DJ, together with Michael and Lucie, will work to accelerate the LifeFX go to market activities for their recently released FaceXpress software. LifeFX products provide Web agencies and professional developers with a compelling way to make new and existing Web sites effective. They address demand from the market for better results. They also provide Web agencies and interactive design professionals a way to generate more business.

Mr. Crane helped drive GE Information Services' innovation in business-to-business applications and services. He also served as President of GE's Healthcare Information Management venture, and in senior executive roles with AOL and Bell and Howell. Mr. Crane has also been an advisor and director of other software companies.

LifeFX will begin a search for a permanent CEO.
