CAXJO, Sweden, May 15, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Boss Media has signed a contract to deliver an Internet casino to Gala Group Ltd., U.K.'s leading bingo and casino company. Boss Media will provide Gala with a high quality casino application that will enable Gala to increase its interactive gaming capabilities. Gala currently operates 166 bingo clubs and 28 casinos in the U.K., the Isle of Man and Gibraltar and has over five million members, plus one million who play online at www.jamba.co.uk.

In December 2000, the Gala Group acquired Ladbroke casinos, one of U.K.'s largest casino groups. These were re-launched as Gala Casinos in October 2001. Gala is owned by Credit Suisse First Boston Private Equity (CSFB), the company's executive management and a number of other investors. CSFB are the majority shareholders.
