eSynch's Kissco Releases Final Version of ModemWizard XP

SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 12, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- eSynch Corp. (OTCBB:ESYN), a leader in the development and distribution of digital rights management solutions for audio and video content delivery tools as well as media rights management software technology for the streaming media market, has announced that its Kissco subsidiary has released the final version of its software utility product called ModemWizard XP(tm). This version follows the February evaluation release to a targeted market, and incorporates user suggestions and some fine-tuning of its productivity features.

The new product replaces its predecessor ModemWizard(tm), which has over 100,000 copies installed.. Modem Wizard XP works with all versions of the Microsoft operating system, features a friendly graphical user interface and automates new and/or previously manual adjustments. This new version still optimizes modem connections to the Internet, but now ModemWizard XP offers the low-tech user ease-of-use while still providing custom controls for the high-tech user.

"Very few Internet connections run at speeds specified by their technology. Built for Microsoft(r) Windows(r) XP, NT, 2000, Me and 9x, ModemWizard XP will tune up and optimize the speed of any type of Internet connection, from dial-up to cable," said Jim Budd, president of Kiss Software.

"The final version of ModemWizard XP has been adjusted to meet the specifications of the test users who loved the product, even as it stood. As with Modem Wizard, users can check the speed of their connection with Kiss Software's Free NetMonitor and then purchase ModemWizard XP to get the speed they're paying for. There are more Internet connections than ever and we look forward to having as much success with this product, as with the original Modem Wizard," continued Mr. Budd.
