Q-Med Appoints Acting Chief Financial Officer


UPPSALA, Sweden, Sept. 24, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Erika Kjellberg Eriksson has been appointed acting Chief Financial Officer at Q-Med (Stockholm:QMED) and thereby replaces the former Chief Financial Officer, Per Sundqvist, who is leaving Q-Med for family reasons.

Erika Kjellberg Eriksson comes from her positions as Group and Business Controller within Q-Med and has previously been Chief Financial Officer at Biophausia.

The Q-Med share was first listed on the O-list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange in December 1999.
