STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan. 9, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Epsilon (Stockholm:EPSIb) has been informed about Danir AB's offer to the shareholders and holders of warrants issued by Epsilon.
The Board of Directors will acquire a fairness opinion from an independent party, based on which the Board will make a statement. The statement is estimated to be available on or about February 10, 2003.
On account of the offer, Epsilon will advance its year-end report, which will be made public on or about February 4, 2003.
