STOCKHOLM, Sweden, February 10, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- PartnerTech (Stockholm:PART):
- Net sales increased to SEK 1 339.2 million (1,126.8).
- The loss after financial items was SEK -93.2 million (-34.3). The result after financial items includes items affecting comparability of SEK -50.4 million (-15.0), including extra amortization of goodwill in the amount of SEK -43.7 million.
- Earnings per share after full income tax totaled SEK -7.39 (-2.34).
- The cash flow after investments was positive at SEK 99.2 million (-285.3).
- The equity/assets ratio was 42.7% (42.4).
- A collaboration agreement signed by PartnerTech and Saab Bofors Dynamics AB in 2002 included the acquisition of Saab's machining center inKarlskoga, which generates annual sales of approximately SEK 150 million. PartnerTech took over the operations on January 1, 2003.
