Whistler Investments, Inc. -- Chaz Haba Joins Global Electric Team in the Development of Advanced Electric Propulsion Systems

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 28, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Whistler Investments, Inc. (OTCBB:WHSL), www.globalelectric.com (name change to Global Electric approved by Board of Directors) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with RV Systems, Inc., affiliated with Lithium House, a developer of advanced lithium battery technology, to retain the services of Mr. Chaz Haba to provide technical advice to Whistler's Board of Director's.

Haba has over 30 years experience in electrical engineering and related technologies including semi-conductors and computer processor technology.

His career began at Philco Corp, where he worked under Dr. Robert Noyce, Nobel laureate, in the field of transistors and semi-conductors as an Applications Engineer. He then joined Dr. Noyce at Fairchild Semi-conductor where he assisted in establishing the first offshore semi-conductor assembly/production plant in Seoul, Korea. Directly after, he led the team that incorporated Fairchild into the major European economies. Following his work at Fairchild, Haba consulted with Dr. Noyce during the formative stages of Intel Corp. (Nasdaq:INTC).

Haba went on to found Electromask, Inc. and pioneered the development of tooling for the first microprocessors, laser-stepper and pattern-generator laser technologies.

Haba has founded numerous other companies, including: Advanced Electric Car Technologies, Inc., where his work involved applying battery and semi-conductor technology as an alternative to the internal combustion engine for the automotive industry; Hyundai Electronics of America, where he served as President and CEO; Planet Electric, Inc., a research and development company for advanced electric vehicle battery propulsion systems; and Lithium House, Inc. as the founder and owner.

Haba is an inventor who holds numerous patents, pending patents, and disclosure documents for energy cells, power management, and related technologies. He has authored numerous papers and studies. He co-authored, with Ron DeBry, studies that discuss the mass production of completely inorganic solid state lithium ion batteries using semi-conductor technology.
