(Pink Sheets:USCI) today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with a Arizona based marketing firm that has strong international ties to certain oil producing countries. This firm is very familiar with the oil and gas sector and they believe that this product is very marketable in certain countries that they currently represent and have presented in the past.
