MB Tech Announces Product Offering Enhancement Through Collaborative Agreement with Willsearch

New Willsearch Multi Media System to be Marketed with MB Tech Flat Antenna Solution


LOS ANGELES, Nov. 14, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- MB Tech, Inc. (OTCBB:MBTT) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Willsearch to market MB Tech's recently developed DBS Flat Antenna system in conjunction with Willsearch's new high-end XVISION 5000 multi-media set-top box.

Hanwook Bae, CEO of MB Tech, commented, "This collaboration furthers the paradigm shift in MB Tech's business, which is forming as a result of the introduction of the Company's planned line of products. These products are centered around the Portable Flat Antenna System and other new products such as the active motion auto-positioning Flat Antenna System for Direct Broadcast Satellite Services.

MB Tech is moving from being a producer of electronic components only, to a consumer electronics company with specialized and unique product offerings and the accompanying higher margins of that business.

The envisioned bundled solution, which is thought to be unique to the marketplace, will allow broadcasters and satellite service providers to supply enhanced television broadcasting services.

Bae further commented, "We are excited about the possibilities that the XVISION 5000 adds to standard broadcasting content. The system provides a dynamic entertainment and information center for the telecommunications industry and cable television industry for which the box was developed. Now, the box is being re-engineered for satellite use as part of the collaborative agreement."

MB Tech will offer the Flat Antenna solution with the Willsearch box as a high-end product. The Company will also offer the Flat Antenna with a standard, full-functioning, low-cost set-top box and additionally as a stand-alone antenna for existing subscribers who simply want to use the Flat Antenna as a programming receiver for satellite television.

By marketing the Willsearch box with MB Tech's DBS Flat Antenna system, the consumer will have a complete interactive home entertainment system with optimum programming and entertainment options in one simple solution. Additionally, MB Tech will assist Willsearch with its overall marketing initiative of the XVISION 5000 product to the telecommunications industry as a whole, in addition to Willsearch's own marketing initiatives.
