STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan. 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Shareholders representing more than 50 per cent of the shares and the votes in Hufvudstaden AB (publ) have informed the company that they intend to propose that the Annual General Meeting elect the following board members.
Re-election of the present members and election of Anna Klingspor.
Anna Klingspor is 45 years old and has a degree in economics. She has primarily worked with marketing and trade mark issues at a management level for a variety of companies, such as Ramlosa Brunn, Arla, Vin & Sprit and Differ. She is currently the managing director of Automat, which works within the field of communication.
