Karma Media Launches Largest-Ever TV Ad Campaign

TV Spots to Air More than 300 Times Per Week Within Five Shows


LOS ANGELES, Feb. 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Karma Media, Inc. (OTCBB:KRMA) today announced its largest advertising and branding campaign to date with the rollout of two 30-second television commercials on CoLours Television Network, America's first multicultural television network. CoLours TV programming is available to all 19.5 million viewers of the Dish Network as part of Dish Network's basic programming package.

Karma Media's 30-second commercials started airing in January and are distributed within the following shows: What's Up Spike, Noche De Salsa, Urban Heat, Tha Zone and Neo Soul Cafe. The first television spot features Company Chairman Estelle Reyna in a concise but compelling description of Karma's business model. The second spot underscores the Karma Media mission statement as it is typed onto a black screen.

The weekly advertising value to Karma Media exceeds $50,000.
