CORRECTION: Maximum Dynamics, Inc. Announces New Business Park

Company corrects headline of previous release issued on 4/7

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., April 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTCBB:MXDY), a projects management and back office services company with subsidiaries focused on technology solutions, business process management and wireless communications, announced today that it will begin construction of the Maximum Dynamics, Inc. Office Park in Centurion, Johannesburg (South Africa) in co-operation with it latest equity partner E-Sap Project Management & Consulting (Pty) Ltd. of South Africa.

E-Sap, a black economic empowerment (BEE) software and project management company and equity partner of Maximum, has agreed to finance the property and construction of Maximum's office park in Centurion, Johannesburg. This 6,880 square foot, multi-level building will provide for over 60 office spaces and a conference center that seats over 300 people. The project will commence immediately and E-Sap's bid on the property has already been accepted.

Maximum recently purchased 20% of E-Sap for 2 million shares of Maximum's stock. In addition to the business park, E-Sap will begin a process where it will dedicate the majority of its 150 person staff to Maximum's substantial business projects. This will enable the acceptance of several very large business opportunities with respect to government, telecommunications and banking projects as well as projects related to MPOS and TagNet. These projects are now moving into the implementation stage where infrastructure is required to deliver and support these solutions.

"As orders for MPOS and TagNet are starting to mount, programming and support for the products becomes an important issue," said Eric Majors, CEO of Maximum. "When looking for solutions to infrastructure, it helps to have strong forward looking partners like E-Sap who can see the magnitude of work coming down the pipeline for us and want to step in and be one of our delivery partners. Dr. Chetty (Director of Operations for E-Sap) is well respected in Africa and has built a profitable $10 million a year business. It is a tremendous stamp of validation for our business that Dr. Chetty has committed E-Sap to finance the Maximum Dynamics Business Park. With partners like E-Sap, we will be properly equipped to deliver on the business at hand."

On the software side of its business, Maximum is now beginning to capitalize on seeds that were planted last year when it was actively targeting and moving into the asset management and banking sectors. "We now have accounting and workflow systems design, maintenance capabilities, and an expanding list of banking solutions and banking partners," added Majors. "Thanks to our partnership with E-SAP, we have access to additional systems design, knowledge in this space and resources needed to execute, not the least of which is the space we will have in the new business park. We are now very focused on delivering the software and hardware business that we have carved out for ourselves."
