iMedia International Contracts with PRIMEDIA to Develop Digital Media Program


SANTA MONICA, Calif., June 21, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- iMedia International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IMNL) and PRIMEDIA, Inc. (NYSE:PRM), announced today that they have reached an agreement to begin developing unique and innovative DVD and CD-ROM based promotional discs for selected PRIMEDIA publications and advertisers.

The promotional interactive disc programs will both enhance reader experience, and offer PRIMEDIA and their advertisers the ability to distribute engaging multi-media content and promotional materials through various PRIMEDIA enthusiast magazines and publications. The agreement covers a broad array of potential publications. The programs will begin later this year with PRIMEDIA's flagship publications Motor Trend Magazine and Automobile Magazine.
