Legend Mobile Removes Shares From Trading On Berlin Exchange


ANN ARBOR, Mich., July 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Legend Mobile (OTCBB:LGMB) today announced that it has received confirmation that its shares will no longer trade on the Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange. The removal from the exchange is effective at the close of trading in Europe today.

"We did not authorize or seek this listing on the Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange. It does not appear to be in the best interests of our shareholders at this time," said Peter Klamka, President of Legend Mobile, Inc.

Legend Mobile develops and markets mobile information services such as Racemobile.com for cellular phones.
