Nettel Holdings: Entec Software Releases the First Eight Software Products for Online Purchases

PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nettel Holdings subsidiary Entec Software, Inc. (OTCBB:NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN 727487) releases the first eight software products for online purchases.

We are pleased to offer the first eight of many software products to follow. Entec feels confident that new customers will very much appreciate these, and it will set the stage for an overall variety of businesses to get acquainted with us and our user friendly products.

In addition to downloading and purchasing our software online at http://www.entecretail.com, customers will also be able to purchase software at Handango.com, PocketPC.com, Download.com, and Tuccows.com.

There are a few additional major online retailers that we are in discussions with and about to sign agreements on. As soon as we sign the agreements, more updates will be given.

Our sales staff is currently working with a few major retailers to introduce our goods to put on their shelves. We know that getting into large retail market outlets could be a lengthy and difficult process, but we have been receiving positive signs from our distributors who have dealt with them before, and they could likely speed up the process.

Here is the software that you will able to download and purchase immediately:

  - Commerce Accounting
  - Intruders Alert
  - PC Calls Home
  - Payroll System and Clock
  - File Splitter & Joiner
  - The Eraser
  - The Traveler for PC
  - The Traveler for Pocket PC

You can get full details about these software packages at http://www.entecretail.com

This is a major accomplishment for us as lots of software engineers and technical writers have spent long hours fine tuning these finished products. We can expect to receive 60% to 70% profit from any sales that develop from these well known order pulling companies. They have a database of registered members and all have demonstrated their effectiveness to the world!

As Entec hopefully grows in popularity with new software applications being readily accepted, this will enable us to reinvest most of these ongoing earnings into AVOP and IPXC. We would immediately proceed on the contracts that await our processing them. Once we see a firm connection with buyers as to the software/online areas, we will be looking for the new management team that needs to be trained two to four weeks on AVOP. A wide array of software categories will be available soon and at competitive prices for everyone's benefit.

Entec Software has recently signed a two-year lease for an additional office suite located in Portland, Oregon. This is designed for our retail and online sales team as we prepare for brisk sales of these desirable products.

Our technical writers are currently working on completing many manuals and brochures for the next batch of software. We expect the next software products to be released at the beginning of next week. They are a prolific team, as everyone will soon find out!
