JERUSALEM, Nov. 4, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The CEO of Identa Corp. (Pink Sheets:IDTA) returned from his trip to Zurich, Switzerland after holding a successful meeting with representatives of local marketing companies about marketing the company and its products in Switzerland.
The meeting took place with representatives of the following companies:

After about two months of negotiations conducted over the phone and review of documents, a meeting was held in Switzerland. At the meeting, the parties agreed to cooperate and to sign a multi-year agreement within two weeks.
The Swiss companies will represent Identa in the professional and civilian markets in Switzerland.
During the meeting, Identa's CEO reported that initial contacts had been made with the Swiss customs authority which expressed interest in ordering kits for field testing of the products.
In addition, the companies indicated their interest in marketing the products in the civilian market throughout Western Europe, leveraging their contacts with a number of multinational chains engaged in the field of healthcare.
Identa Corp. develops, manufactures, and distributes proprietary on-site drugs-of-abuse testing products (chemical kit) for the professional and civil markets. The Company's products include rapid test kits (substance only) for the detection of Marijuana/Hashish, Ecstasy, Cocaine/Crack, and Heroin.
