Catalyst Lighting Signs Foreign Distribution Agreement for Whitco Company, LP Subsidiary

FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 17, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Catalyst Lighting Group, Inc. (OTCBB:CYSL) announced today that its subsidiary, Whitco Company, LP, has entered into a distributor agreement with Salmeen Gen. Trading & Cont. Est. for distribution of its products in Kuwait.

Currently, pre-qualification is underway with various Kuwaiti offices and corporations for Whitco products, although sales are not expected to occur for at least a few months as approval, quotation and potential allocation of contracts will take time to proceed through the proper channels.

Dennis Depenbusch, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Catalyst stated, "This agreement represents one small step in growing our international sales distribution channels. We are hopeful our first step with Salmeen in Kuwait will allow us to participate in development contracts there and assist us in developing further relationships with other countries in the Middle East."
