ICM Telecommunications Retains Stock Charter Group to Assist With Market Making and Stock Accumulation Strategies

RENO, Nev., Nov. 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- ICM Telecommunications (Pink Sheets:ICMH) today announced that it has retained the services of the Stock Charter Group for market making and stock accumulation strategies.

Headquartered in North Carolina, Stock Charter Group Inc. (SCG) is a management consulting firm whose expertise spans the areas of strategic planning, marketing, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.

Doug Hamby, president and CEO of ICM Telecommunications Technology, reported that, "With 23 years of experience, and hands-on experience with both Fortune 500 companies and small-cap firms, SCG is poised to open the doors of opportunity for ICM. SCG will assist our company in both business planning and building an effective aftermarket for our stock as we move forward on our aggressive growth strategy."

Ken Ash, founder and president of Stock Charter Group, commented, "We look forward to working with Doug Hamby and his talented management team. We believe ICM is a company with high-growth potential, and its current valuation in no way reflects its outstanding future in the stored value debit card marketplace - especially in stored value, reloadable payroll cards."
