Jared Gold's Creative Powerhouse Strategically Kicks Off Retail Renegade for Dark Dynamite

Local Press Formulate Big Plans, While Press Abroad Take Action

SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dark Dynamite Inc. (OTCBB:DDYN) announces the opening of its holiday store and several other developments. The Dark Dynamite (DDYN) holiday wonderland store opens this Friday - a strategically planned grand opening on the busiest shopping day of the year. Jared and his creative powerhouse team have been working furtively to create a holiday wonderland extravaganza to introduce themselves to the local market and attract important industry buyers to the store. The first production Black Chandelier skateboard line will debut at the holiday store as well. The Marketing department is deep in heavy promotions, including distribution of thousands of postcards and organization of local advertisements and press. Additionally, plans are underway for a December 10th fashion show extravaganza at the Black Chandelier store in Salt Lake's Trolley Square Mall.

Dark Dynamite/Black Chandelier will be featured in a local Salt Lake newspaper, SLUG, including a center spread on Jared Gold, which will greatly promote the vision behind the holiday retail extravaganza. Weekly advertisements are running in the popular City Weekly. In addition, photographer Janine Israel, who has stylized such magazine covers as Vanity Fair, photographed Black Chandelier's spring collection for Velvet magazine. DDYN also prepared a contract with the Scott Blair Group who will be representing the Black Chandelier collection in numerous untapped states. "This company will do the much needed leg-work through its vast network to help us reach our target market," says Gold.

The Dark Dynamite e-commerce website is in production and will be posted on December 3rd at http://www.blackchandelier.biz. The site will allow global customers to view and purchase Black Chandelier and Pink Chandelier products online.
